Stash armor items with at least 6 modifiers

Is it possible to set up a pickit config to stash armor/gear items that have a certain number of modifiers in them, like at least 6 item modifiers, etc?

Well there is no mod for it, you could write a billion lines in the pickit covering all possible outcomes of the rares and have a keep rule for each outcome group (4/5/6 stat) but I dubt it would even work and that it's possible by rational means.
