payed for EB monthly licence #24756 and steel in pendyng invoices

hI 21.04.2016 9:26:31 PDT. Send paymant for EB monthly license №24756. but kay did not activaded. 19.04.2016 by my first EB monthly license and have kay in 1-2 min. Now i w8 for 3 days and have no my kay, Write to support  and in 1 theame w8 for answer 3 days in 2 nd 1 day both theme in open status. Msg for paymant have on my mail. Can someone help whith my problem ? what i need to do?and for how long w8 for answer from support ( Sales)
