Bot Running Cannot Regen Maps

Hi there! 

So I noticed my bot was running a cannot regen life, mana and es map but the map configuration was commented to not have it run that. I was wondering if the description changed so that the map configs needs to be updated. 

I read similarly there was this issue in a previous post as well.
