Vmware no 3d device - after 6 days in a row 24/7 - what you do?

do others also got after some days(in my case 6days in a row 24/7 not turning PC down, this bug? the vms inside errors that they dont have a 3d device. 

 

any one got this? do you let sleep sometimes your PC?
