Stuck at ledge in act 1 - The Prisoners Gate

When the bot made it's way through "the prisoners gate" act 1 merciless, he got stuck without moving any more at the spikes that block the end of the road, when you have not finished the quest to open the road (act 2). (see picture)

Solution might be to solve the quest so the bot get's everywhere it wants. ;) Going to try that.
