***URGENT*** Paid but activation will not work

Hi,

I am having an issue where the activation won't work. It say's "The Key is not activated". I have paid email confirmation if needed. I know how to copy paste. Never had this issue before when renewing. Thanks and immediate attention would be appreciated.

fixed it via teamviewer. norton was the culprit that prevented the bot from getting to the auth server
