Please add The Fellshrine Ruins in Act 2

I really want to farm Celestial Justicar cards.  We can use the WP in Crypt level 1 for easy access.  Pleaseeeeee!!!

I believe it's relatively easy to do, since we already have zones without TP (Dried Lake and the zone near Marketplace)
