Renewed my bot 4 hours ago. How can I DL it?

Went to the client page and it says "Pending". 3+ Hours later? My Paypal is good.

Alk has to approve it manually. So it usually takes some hours. Nice gf btw

So it's been a whole day now. I ended up paying twice thinking "i'll just throw more money at the problem".
