How to set up for FLAMEBLAST ( witch )

can't set up for flame blast skill work, anyone can set for these skill ??? 

 

i heard about using autohotkey but i can't know how to use it

You cant use Flameblast with the bot due to the fact that it must be held down to create the circle and the bot just does single clicks.
