[Release] Alpha version v0.7b

Bot version 0.7b has been released.

Improvements since 0.7 :

[*:3rcabcpv]Added option to enable or disable scroll picking (key pickup_scrolls from file pickit.ini).

[*:3rcabcpv]Bug fix : Now when character die, bot exits properly.

[*:3rcabcpv]Right clicking gem upgrading button when it can't be upgraded.

[*:3rcabcpv]Bot is now checking that the game is running before doing any action..
