Added scarab handling for map device.
Bot can now automatically retrieve configured scarabs from stash and place them in map device before opening maps.
Scarab selection and priority can be configured per slot (enable_map_device_scarabs, map_device_scarab_slot1-5 keys in config.ini).
Fixed a crash that would occur occasionally when trying to load the map.
